Our pieces are handcrafted using high-quality materials such as fresh water pearls, polymer clay, stainless steel, 14k or 18k gold-plated/filled hardware, and hypoallergenic components. Each product listing includes detailed material information.

Are your pearls genuine?
Our fresh water pearls are carefully selected base on their shapes and natural beauty. We use mostly baroque and keshi pearl source from the best pearl markets in Asia. Each pearl is unique ensure no two pieces of jewelry are alike.

Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
Yes! Most of our earrings are made with hypoallergenic stainless steel or 14k or 18k gold-plated/filled findings, making them gentle on sensitive skin.

Are your pieces handmade?
Absolutely. Every piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in small batches to ensure uniqueness and quality.

Orders & Shipping

Do you offer tracking for orders?
Yes! All international orders have optional tracking. Local deliveries come with standard tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery time and cost vary by destination.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We only accept returns or exchanges for incorrect items. If there’s an issue with your order, please email us with photos and your receipt number within 7 days of receiving your item.

I received the wrong item — what should I do?
We’re really sorry about that! Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item received. We’ll send you the correct item and cover the return shipping cost.

Do you accept returns on sale items?
Unfortunately, sale items are final and non-returnable.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry in great condition, avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and chemicals. Store them in a dry place and wipe gently with a soft cloth after use.

Will the color of the metal hardware fade?
With proper care, your pieces will last a long time. However, some fading may occur naturally over time due to exposure to moisture, oils, or chemicals.
